Name: Matthew Collins

Other Comments:
He has a REALLY strong accent, and says he was raised in the Virgin Islands (St Thomas). He also claims to be a retired Major from the Air Force, retiring in 2004, stationed for the last 10 years at Lakenheath, England.
He will tell the woman how beautiful she is and how much she looks like a pure angel. Later, it will be that they are one, one soul, one family, and then the 'I love you', will start, as well as 'I need this much money now and as soon as I get back to the states, I will pay everyone. I will prove to them that I am not scamming.
